❇️ 8 Wastes Identification Exercise: Hands-on on practice to distinguish between the three categories of work and identify waste in various production and transactional work environments.
❇️ Waste Identification Techniques: Overview of Lean methods such as direct observation, time studies, value stream mapping, spaghetti diagrams, fishbone diagrams, and Pareto analysis to identify, categorize, and quantify waste.
