What is a Lean Leader Meeting?

A Lean leader meeting is a cornerstone event that brings together key leaders and stakeholders from organizations applying Lean thinking and practice. These meetings are essential for seeing lean principles in action, learning from real-world applications, sharing valuable insights, solving problems, and building a support network for your lean journey. Participants will engage in collaborative discussions, witness Lean practices first-hand, and develop actionable plans to improve how work is done throughout throughout their organizations.

The Jacksonville Lean Consortium ("Lean Jax") is actively seeking member organizations committed to chasing greatness through lean thinking and practice—organizations that appreciate the value of learning from and sharing knowledge with proactive problem solvers across all sectors—organizations dedicated to spreading lean thinking and the kaizen spirit throughout the First Coast and beyond, simply because it's a better way to work and live.
