The Chuck it Down Podcast Episode 4

We are celebrating "Festivus" early this year on the Chuck It Down Podcast, and we’re “airing our grievances” about the leadership behaviors that give Lean a bad name.

In Episode 4, James Bussell and Chuck Carlton talk about “concrete heads,” micromanagement, and how leadership ego often gets in the way. We share stories from our careers about learning to ask better questions, giving teams ownership, and setting challenging goals with the support to reach them.

We also discuss why developing people is the most important role of a Lean leader.

What leadership behaviors have helped (or hurt) continuous improvement efforts in your organization?

Share your experience in the comments.
