LeanJax will offer its’ A3 Problem Solving course at The Barnabas Center Nassau on April 16, 2019 from 9:00-4:00 pm. This training is free to all LeanJax members and the content is tailored toward transactional services. A3 Problem Solving is the third course of the five required for LeanJax’s Facilitation certification track, which also includes Introduction to Lean Thinking, Introduction to Value Stream Mapping, and Introduction to Lean Facilitation I and II.
