LeanJax will offer its’ Introduction to Value Stream Mapping course at The Barnabas Center Nassau on April 16, 2019 from 9:00-4:00 pm. This training is free to all LeanJax members and the content is tailored toward transactional services. Introduction to Value Stream Mapping is the second course of the five required for LeanJax’s Facilitation certification track, which also includes Introduction to Lean Thinking, A3 Problem Solving, and Introduction to Lean Facilitation I and II.
