Introducing Our New Individual Member

Welcome Our New Member: Frank Stuart!

The Jacksonville Lean Consortium is thrilled to welcome our newest individual member, Frank Stuart!

Frank serves as Director of Lean Management at Southern States Toyotalift, where he leads continuous improvement initiatives across their impressive 10-location network spanning Florida and Georgia.

As the premier provider of Toyota’s material handling solutions, Southern States serves diverse industries—from distribution and manufacturing to agriculture, ports, and logistics—offering everything from forklifts and fleet optimization to robotics, automation, and lean management consulting.

🎯 This past June, I had the privilege of participating in Frank’s outstanding TPS Basics Workshop at the company's Orlando facility.

⭐️ Frank is an exemplary leader and masterful training facilitator who brings lean principles to life through storytelling and hands-on exercises like the ingenious Lego forklift simulation. (I may have gotten a bit carried away in my role as “production announcer”! 📢)

📌 We’re also especially excited because Frank and the Southern States Jacksonville leadership team have graciously agreed to host Lean Jax’s Lean Leader Meeting on October 28! 🗓️ Coming Soon – Registration Opens Sept 23

🏅 The timing couldn’t be better, as their Jacksonville facility achieved their Lean Certification from Toyota Material Handling of North America this July!

✅ This session will be both a celebration of our host’s remarkable accomplishment and an incredible opportunity for our members to learn from Frank and his exceptional team.

👋 Please join us in welcoming Frank Stuart to the Jacksonville Lean Consortium community! Learn more about our Lean Jax members.
